Please advise us at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. A 50% penalty will be charged to the credit card on file used to book the appointment if our policy is not met. Please send an email or text if you need to cancel. This allows other clients to take your appointment time if you cannot keep yours. Credit card details are requested to secure all bookings.

If an appointment is missed without any attempted communication to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
