Appointment Prep

• Come with one or two day old hair. Avoid using drugstore shampoo and/or products (Pantene, Head & Shoulders, etc.) prior to coming in.

• Please leave all valuables such as jewelry, designer purses, and clothing at home or in your car. Kellie Kreates is not responsible for any damages including stains and lost items during your visit.

• We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for proper check-in preparation. Late arrivals can result in reduced service time, or reschedule/cancellation with a penalty charge.

• Feel free to bring food as lightening services are generally pretty long (anywhere from 4-6 hours on average.) We have wi-fi so feel free to bring a fully charged phone, iPad or laptop.

• All appointments start with a complimentary consultation where we assess the viability of your desired result. If we find that due to hair history, we cannot proceed with the service, we reserve the right to refuse it in order to prevent damage to you. Please email us if you would like to book a consultation before booking a service.

• Please do not rush us or the process. We suggest you clear your day if you are doing a lightening service, and avoid making strict plans after your appointment. We take our time to ensure that things are done to the highest standard.
